“Cooking with Love to Care for Our Neighbors” is the name of the project implemented by the Fate and Hope institution since March 2022 in partnership with the Day Care Department (DCT) for young people with severe and multiple developmental disabilities State Institution “Territorial Center for Social Services population of the Minsk region” (TCSON).
The goal of the project is to organize socially useful employment for people with disabilities attending the CCT through the preparation of hot meals for needy clients of the TCSC.
One of the objectives of the CCT is to create conditions for the inclusion of people with disabilities in society. The department is located at the TTSSON, where social workers receive families and citizens from socially vulnerable categories. From time to time there are situations when needy clients of the TCSC need to be provided with hot food.
The solution of the above two social tasks is offered through the organization of cooking for needy clients of the TCSP by young people with disabilities attending the CCT.
This activity will allow young people with disabilities to understand their significance and usefulness for society, and needy clients of the TCSC to get their basic needs met.
The preparatory stage of the project took place In March, the active period of its implementation starts from April 1.

Clients of the TPSC of the Minsk region can apply for assistance within the framework of the project:
- the poor;
- persons who do not have their own housing;
- persons returning from places of deprivation of liberty;
- people in a crisis situation.
