International Family Day is annually celebrated on May 15. This holiday was established by the UN General Assembly in 1993 to reflect the importance that the international community attaches to families. The International Day provides an opportunity to raise awareness of family-related issues and to expand knowledge of the social, economic and demographic processes affecting families.

The birth of a long-awaited and beloved child is always happiness and joy for the whole family. When a baby is born, a new life filled with joy, tenderness and love begins for parents.

On February 20, the institution «Fate and Hope» held a charity event «Do Good». A team of volunteers gave the community of large families and foster parents at the «Ascension» church financial assistance in the form of food packages, clothing, shoes, and toys.

In 2024, specialists at the Fate and Hope institution received requests from families and citizens who faced life difficulties of various kinds from Minsk and from the regions of Belarus.

During the New Year and Christmas holidays, the Institution for providing assistance in difficult life situations «Fate and Hope» together with the State Institution «Territorial Center for Social Services of the Population of the Minsk District» are holding a charity event «Give care to people».
