Today, May 15th, the global community celebrates International Family Day. This day was established by the UN General Assembly in 1993 to reflect the value of family. Our lives begin with family, and our personalities are formed within it. A healthy family allows a person to feel loved, accepted, and important. Values such as love, care, trust, honesty, kindness, empathy, and compassion are instilled within the family.
This recognized International Day provides an opportunity to raise awareness of family-related issues and expand knowledge of the social, economic, and demographic processes affecting families. On this day, issues related to modern challenges and problems affecting families are raised, and events aimed at supporting families are held.
For International Family Day, the team of the "Fate and Hope" Foundation donated humanitarian aid in the form of clothing, shoes, toys, and food to the community of large families at the Ascension Church.
The "Fate and Hope" Foundation expresses gratitude to everyone who participated in the preparation of this charitable event to help families in need.
